Wildlight is where home
meets town meets nature
Which means that here, it’s just as easy to head out on miles of trails as it is to walk to school or sushi, the doctor or a dance class. And the Town District keeps growing, with new shops and restaurants arriving all the time (hello, Bohemian Bull!) and Westerly Park, our newest neighborhood, selling now.

Welcome to the new-borhood
Home is where the park (and the pool and the fun) is. And Westerly Park is where the new homes are. Pulte Homes is selling single-family residences, with floorplans that are thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted. And if a low-maintenance townhome is more your style, new builder David Weekley Homes will have some ready for you to tour in early 2026. Of course, you can’t have a new place to live without a new place to gather, so Suncatch Park will open summer 2026 — and be worth the very short wait (more on that, below). As for where you’ll find Westerly Park? It’s near Wildlight Elementary and the Wildlight YMCA — which means not only is the neighborhood amazing, its location is, too.

See you at Suncatch Park
Coming 2026
Suncatch Park will be a residents-only hub that will include everything you need to fill your days with fun. A splash-worthy family pool. Serious-swimmer lap lanes. A let-the-kids-loose playground and perfect-for-picnics lawn space. In other words, the type of spot you plan your day around.
Want to live here ASAP?
We totally get it. The sooner you live at Wildlight, the sooner you get to experience our town in nature. So we have new homes available now in our other neighborhoods for those who just can’t wait (and who could blame you)?
