According to The Jacksonville Business Journal, the median price in Nassau County is $458K compared to St. Johns’ $510K. Beaches, jobs and a small-town feel

Nassau County has been gaining popularity because it puts you close to beaches. Close to employment centers. Near the airport and activity of Jacksonville.
