Skinner Bros. Realty announces continued expansion in their multi-tenant complex development at Wildlight

T-Mobile and Hana Sushi Recently Opened to Expand the Offerings at Wildlight Village Center

WILDLIGHT, Fla. – July 27, 2022– Two tenants recently opened their doors in Skinner Bros. Realty’s multi-tenant retail complex at Wildlight. T-Mobile and Hana Sushi join a cohesive mix of hospitality and lifestyle services within Wildlight’s village center.

T-Mobile’s new store is part of the company’s efforts to expand its retail footprint in growing towns and communities across the country. The Wildlight location gives area customers the convenience of visiting their local T-Mobile store and choosing the service plans, smartphones, tablets, and accessories that best meet their wireless needs. Store hours are Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 12 noon to 6 p.m.

In addition, Hana Sushi, founded locally in Fernandina Beach, has opened their second location in Wildlight. The family-owned restaurant offers everything from fresh sushi, soup, salads and noodles to a traditional Asian kitchen menu, and is known for their modern interpretation of classic dishes and insistence on using only the highest quality fresh ingredients. Restaurant hours are Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Sunday from 12 noon to 8:30 p.m.

Skinner Bros. Realty began construction on the commercial complex, located at 40 Homegrown Way, in early 2020. The mixed-use building is an extension of Wildlight’s first multi-tenant complex, adding 11,670 square feet of retail and restaurant space. These two new establishments join a variety of others including Firehouse Subs, Anejo Cocina, Cold Stone Creamery, Tasty’s Fresh Burgers and Fries, The Decantery Fine Wines and Spirits, and Royal Amelia Dance.
