Live here
We like to think of Wildlight as having two front doors. One that takes you into our Town District, with its retail and restaurants. And the other leading to the Garden District, where Mother Nature is the star of the show. No matter which one leads to your home, the great thing about our community is that both sides have things that every Wildlight resident can enjoy — which is the best of two very wonderful worlds.
The name says it all. The “town” of our “town in nature” is home to our Village Center, with its conveniences, boutiques and eateries, and the Wildlight YMCA and UF Health services. Home to miles of trails that will take you there (and to all of the parks, ponds and pools). And home to … well, homes. With an impressive variety of plans in multiple neighborhoods, you have plenty of options to consider.
We think of the Garden District as the “wilder” side of Wildlight. With miles of trails. More than plenty of parks. And the Green Ribbon — a planned linear park that will lead to the bluffs of the St. Marys River. As for where you’ll live? You’ll love that our first neighborhoods will be nicely nestled in all of this nature — and more will be joining them.
Not sure whether the Town District or Garden District is the right one for you? Maybe reading about what our builders are offering in each will help you decide.
Not ready for home ownership? Or want to live here while you look for (or build) a home here? It’s your lucky day, with these lease options in the Town District. (With more coming as the Garden District takes shape.)
