About Wildlight

Wildlight is a master-planned, mixed-use community in Yulee, Florida. It’s designed around our vision of a “town in nature” that blends homes, parks, trails, shops, schools, healthcare and services in a walkable environment. Read more about Our Story.

Wildlight is located in Northeast Florida, in the fast-growing area of Yulee. We’re about 25 minutes from downtown Jacksonville and close to Amelia Island beaches, giving residents easy access to city amenities and natural coastal areas. Visit the Location page to learn more about what’s nearby.

Wildlight is being developed by Raydient Places + Properties, with planning guided by the East Nassau Community Planning Area sector plan.

Wildlight is being developed with a “Florida Lowcountry” character — prioritizing nature, trails, parks and mixed-use spaces that let people walk or bike to shops, schools, dining and services. See what is already here. And what is being planned for the future.

Wildlight is divided into two districts — the Town District, which is home to our Village Center’s shops and services, along with the Wildlight YMCA, Publix and UF Health. The new Garden District, planned to open in summer 2026, leans more heavily into nature — including a linear park that will lead to the bluffs along the St. Marys River. Both districts have distinct neighborhoods within them, featuring a variety of home types by an impressive mix of builders.
