Great days at the Garden District

When you live in the Garden District, the perfect day is ahead of you. After all, the whole community is like the very best backyard. From acres (and acres) of park space to miles (and miles) of Trailways, exploring the outdoors is easy. But should you need to make a trip to, say, Target, well that’s simple too.

Big nature. Like really big.

If you love the great outdoors, we have great news. The Garden District will have 484 acres of regional, community and neighborhood parks, filled with everything from event lawns and playgrounds to sports fields and courts. (With no shortage of wide open spaces, either.)

(Very) close-by conveniences

As much fun as it is to spend your days outdoors, sometimes you’ve got to shop. Lucky for you, you don’t have to go far to get there. Because near the entrance of the Garden District, you’ll find the Shoppes at Amelia Concourse and Villages of Amelia, with just about every big retailer you can think of — whether you want to get groceries, grab dinner or go to the movies.
