Live Here

How do you like your home?

Maybe the kid-to-parent ratio in your family demands six bedrooms. Maybe your nest is a little less full and you’re looking for low maintenance. Or maybe you’d rather rent. With an impressive selection of home choices from a variety of builders, you have plenty of options to consider. (You can even choose your neighborhood.)

Village Center

The Village Center is where Wildlight started. It’s where you’ll find our first neighborhoods (including our first gated 55+ neighborhood), but it’s also home to more than just homes. Wildlight’s shopping and dining establishments are located here—along with a dentist, a daycare, a dance academy and more. Schools? Here. UF Health? Here. But also parks. And trails. And open space. In other words, the whole “town in nature” thing we keep talking about.

Del Webb wildlight

Exclusively for those 55+, this gated neighborhood will have its own residents-only clubhouse and resort-style amenities.

Forest Park

Only a few homes left.

Nearest to nature, and surrounded by parks and walking trails—and also home to the YMCA and Wildlight Elementary.

Founder’s Park

Only a few homes left.

Our very first neighborhood, and the one that’s closest to the dining, shops and conveniences of our town center.

Hawthorn Park

With three ponds and trail connections, nature will be right in your backyard.

Find your home

Our Wildlight builders bring a wide variety of home plans to choose from. Are you a townhome type? Prefer single-story living? Want a 55+ gated neighborhood? Or need a family-friendly, two-story home? Whatever you’re looking for, you’ll find it here. And you can start your search right now.

THE NEXT BIG THING

Introducing the Garden District

In case you didn’t already know, there’s a whole other part of Wildlight coming. Called the Garden District, it’s going to weave together home, neighborhood and nature in a dramatic way. With thousands of acres of preserved lowcountry wetlands and uplands. More parks. A unique new gathering place for residents called the Oak Hammock. And a miles-long trail network that reaches all the way to the Green Ribbon, a linear park that will stretch along the bluffs above the St. Marys River. The first neighborhood and first model homes of the Garden District are planned to open summer 2026. So stay tuned. This is big.
