The Town District

When you live in the already established Town District, you’re close to the wonderful Wildlight hub that is the Village Center. With homes situated an easy walk or bike ride to restaurants, retail, trails, parks, schools and pools. Westerly Park

The Town District’s newest neighborhood features townhomes from David Weekley Homes and single-family homes from Pulte Homes — all situated near Suncatch Park, opening this summer with a family pool, six lap lanes, playground and picnic area.

Only one home remains in Wildlight’s first neighborhood, the closest to our Village Center. So hurry if you want to live in this townhome from Dostie Homes and be within walking distance to shops, dining and conveniences — plus Pioneer Park and Coin Toss Park.
