$100M in financing secured for Wildlight senior community

A $100 million senior living community will be part of the Wildlight master-planned community.

Development firm BLDG Real Estate LLC and multi-generational senior housing owner and operator The Fellowship Family, both based in Valdosta, Georgia, have closed on $100 million in financing for 205-unit Fellowship Wildlight.

The project is being developed as a joint venture between BLDG Real Estate and The Fellowship Family as both companies expand into Northeast Florida.
