Pulte Homes has an impressive variety of floorplans to choose from (14, to be exact). Whether you’re looking for one story or two, or as many as 5 bedrooms, you’ll find the right fit here. These homes are especially great for large (or growing) families, thanks to the location near the school. And two multi-generational floorplans, each featuring a separate living space, bedroom and kitchenette. Del Webb 55+ There’s only one requirement for this gated neighborhood: you have to be 55 or older to live here. And those who are lucky enough to call it home enjoy the ease of a single-level home, along with an exclusive amenity — the Horizon Club, with a pool, fitness center, pickleball and tennis, restaurant, craft room, classes (and more).
